Shipping policy

We generally ship 2-3 times per week!  Once product has been shipped, it is in the hands of the shipper and out of our control. We are happy to assist in filing claims and providing any info possible from our end, but in most cases, we have the same access to information as you! Please make sure to allow ample time for delivery before filing a claim.
